Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Flexible payment plans are available during checkout.

120 days or more before retreat departure: Full refund.

60–119 days before retreat departure: 50% refund.

Less than 60 days before retreat departure: No refund.

If AVVI cancels the retreat because the minimum number of participants is not met or due to circumstances beyond our control, all payments made to AVVI will be refunded in full.

Because travel arrangements are made separately, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment and travel expenses. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
