Cancellation Policy
A $500 deposit is required at time of registration, if not purchasing early bird special. Deposits are refundable 100 days before departure. All registration deposits made after 101 days are 100% non-refundable. 50% of the trip price will be due before trip departure and will be non-refundable at that time. Final payments are due prior to departure and are also non-refundable at that time. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
