CANCELLATION POLICY
A $500 deposit is required at time of registration.
Deposits are refundable until January 1, 2026 (120 days before retreat). After that date, deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation made between January 2 – March 1, 2026 will result in a loss of 50 % of the total trip price. Any cancellation made between March 2, 2026 and departure (May 1, 2026) will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the minimum number of participants, in which case all payments will be refunded in full.
